"We would just like to pay tribute to all the team at Castlebank Care Home for the caring, patience and dedication they always show, especially for mam living with dementia. You have provided a safe and happy environment for her and have given us peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after. We cannot thank you enough for the kindness and support you have also shown to us as a family throughout, as we do appreciate how hard you all work to achieve such a wonderful home. A shining example of how a care home should be run."
